Shipping policy

All the orders on this website are processed by our logistical partners Haul & Store, 17 Admiralty Way, Camberley, GU15 3DT.

You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. You will subsequently receive a dispatch email when the order is processed.

To keep things simple, fast and affordable, we now offer one straightforward delivery option:

Evri Next Day Delivery (order by 1PM) – £3.99 (FREE on orders over £25)

Please note: orders placed before 1PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and typically delivered on Tuesday.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive full tracking details by email or SMS from Evri, including your estimated delivery window. You can manage your delivery directly on Evri’s website.

This service applies to mainland UK. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, delivery may take two working days or more. For the Channel Islands, we use a tracked Royal Mail 48 service which usually takes 2-3 working days to be delivered.
