If you purchased directly from our website, please quote your order number and return the products to:

Once we have received your returned products, we will process your refund. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If you purchased from one of our official stockists, please check whether they offer the Money Back Guarantee, as participation is at the individual stockist’s discretion. Products purchased from a stockist should be returned directly to the original place of purchase.
