Next to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy, there are of course other possibilities why you might want to return your order.
For example, if you would like to cancel your order. You can cancel your order at any stage of the dispatch process and up to 7 days after the order was placed. You may do so by returning the products to us and contact us on info@salcura.co.uk or 020 8979 3592. If you do indeed decided to cancel the order after the products have been dispatched, it will be your duty to ensure the products are received by us undamaged and unused.
In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or your products are damaged in transit, please make sure to notify us within 3 days of receipt of the order.
